Maui 2014 - Giles +14

Maui 2014 was such a wonderful time with our Giles familia!  The trip started out a little rough (a forgotten bag, a little air sickness and restless toddler on a longer than expected flight), but once we waded through the first 48 hours…it was smooth sailing.  The pool and beaches were just as beautiful as I remembered and spending time with our family was the best.  Bill, Carson and I got to spend some quality time together as a threesome as well.  This was important to me as baby #2 will be here very soon and I loved having that time to bond with them.  Carson loved everything about Maui (although it took him a couple of days to warm up to the the beach), he especially loved spending time with his big cousins.   Whether it was at the beach, the room, the kiddie pool or pirate pool…he couldn't get enough time with each one.  He tackled sounding out names and by the end of the trip he did a pretty good job of getting everyone's down.  Bill and I asked him what his favorite part of the trip was and he said "hobub" aka "hot tub".

Thank you Bob and Barb for a wonderful vacation!!

Here are some pics from the trip…such beautiful memories:
